Basic information if you're thinking of becoming a vendor at the Saucon Valley Farmers Market.

Vendor Fees

There are 3 options available to our vendors:

  • $325 for a full season
  • $175 for a half season
  • $25 for a single day

There are 3 options available to our vendors:

  • Sellers must provide their own tables, canopies, umbrellas, change, bags and advertising signs.
  • All Items must be from you, the producer only, unless otherwise approved by the committee.
  • If you are advertising and selling organic produce, you must display or hang your organic certification for the public.
  • Sellers determine their own prices and must be able to make their own change.
  • Vendors are not permitted to smoke.
  • Please arrive and park your vehicle in your space by 8:30 am.
  • Sellers are not allowed to give away or sell animals.
  • Vendors are not permitted to give their space to another vendor or share their space with another vendor.
  • Sellers must clean their own area thoroughly at the conclusion of the event.
  • The market will be open rain or shine.
  • Payment in full is due prior to opening day of the market. No refunds will be given to vendors once the season has begun.
